Those who want to stay ahead must be fast on their feet. We know that the industrial products of the future will contain other components. Some will remain, others will be replaced by new ones that solve the task better and more effectively. Some will be replaced by ones and zeros. And others will be rationalized away. So, this is how it’s going to be and we like it.

We are in the middle of what we call a MindShift and we will continue as long as we can stay at the front line of small parts and assembly. We are always prepared to rethink old ways of doing things so that we can be the best. Now and tomorrow. The change starts from within – with all of us who are Fameco. We must be prepared to think again and do a MindShift. It’s exciting times and this is just the beginning.
